Torque Requirements:

Lubrication Interval:

Heavy-duty: Every 250 hours.

Normal-duty: Every 500 hours (120ml per lubrication).

Replacement Criteria:

Rim thickness ≤18mm.

Axial play >2mm.

Grease leakage >5g/24h due to seal failure.
